Mr. Raines, principal with the Center for Collaborative Learning, has been an educator in adult experiential learning for the past 20 years. Through the Center and now with Syntax Communication Modeling Corporation, Lloyd helps management and staff to collaboratively work in designing and institutionalizing processes and structures that create conditions for highly productive and enjoyable workplaces. Drawing from research in cognitive science, chaos and complexity theories, organizational development, and the study of justice, Lloyd brings a broad and diverse perspective to experiential learning. Recent clients include US Department of Health and Human Services/Indian Health Service, AmeriCorps, and the National Peace Corps Association. He has a B.A. in Psychology and M.S. in the Administration of Justice.
