Jude Heimel is an organization development consultant with more than 20 years of experience. Along with the collaborative communication skills training of the Syntax Communication Modeling Corporation Jude has significant experience in strategic planning, process management and customer satisfaction methodologies. Jude has integrated these skills into the design and implementation of customized workshops for executives and task teams needing superb communication and high performance results. One of her specialty areas is working with task teams assigned to manage the Year 2000 computer bug.

For the last 15 years, Jude has focused her organizational transformation efforts on scientific and technical organizations. Her clients have included AT&T Bell Laboratories, Los Alamos National Laboratory and Sandia National Laboratory. Two of Jude's AT&T clients have been Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award winners. Jude has a B.A. in Organization Development and an M.A. in Applied Social Research.
