Learn SYNTAX and apply it with your workgroup, by attending Managing Relationships and Results (one-day coaching course)and Collaborative Leadership (three-day foundations course) or arrange for an in-house learning program customized to support your flow of work while integrating the Syntax framework and skills.

Engage with the SYNTAX community by inquiring about our special events for facilitators, coaches, and consultants. Once you have attended the foundations course (Collaborative Leadership) or participate in any other SYNTAX learning programs, you will have a good understanding of SYNTAX skills. At that time, we can mutually assess and map out the appropriate next steps for you!

SYNTAX material that is included in our book, Smart Work, and our other publications and courses is protected by copyright. SYNTAX programs and coaching engagements are conducted by certified SYNTAX practitioners. Certification is available only by participating in SYNTAX-led training and receiving certification from SYNTAX at our sole discretion. Internal corporate coaches, consultants, and facilitators may be certified under licensing agreements between SYNTAX and client companies.
