SYNTAX was formed in 1981 to address the communication skills
training needs of technical professionals.
Syntax founder and President Lucy Freedman
combined models from Neurolinguistic Programming, Transactional
Analysis, and Action Communication into the SYNTAX:
Common Language for Collaboration, which is the basis for
our work.
SYNTAX has worked extensively with managers, engineers, consultants,
and other technical professionals in computer and software companies,
information systems departments of large corporations, internal
consulting departments, technical consulting firms, and financial
and actuarial firms.
